Denise began her career as an Escrow Officer in 1984 in Santa Rosa, California. She returned home to Farmington in 1996, and started working at San Juan Title. Currently as Escrow Manager she is recognized for providing reliable service and support to both clients and colleagues, with a strong commitment to ensuring smooth and successful closings. Outside of work, Denise enjoys horse-riding and attending concerts.

Debi Crosby began her career in the title and escrow industry in 2005 with San Juan Title and has built a reputation for reliability, consistency, and a deep commitment to doing things the right way. With two decades of experience, she brings a steady, detail-oriented approach to every transaction she handles.

She holds a degree in Accounting from San Juan College, which further strengthens her ability to manage the financial details of each transaction with accuracy and care. Known as a true stickler for the rules, Debi takes pride in ensuring that every file is handled with precision and care. Her thorough understanding of escrow processes and her dedication to compliance help create smooth, secure closings for all parties involved. Outside of the office, Debi is a devoted mom who enjoys unwinding with cross stitching and getting lost in a good book.

Rob Grinage

Rob started his career as a title examiner in 1986, in Las Vegas, New Mexico. From 1990 to 1993 he worked for the NM State Highway Department, researching property records around the state for right-of-way acquisitions. In 1993 he found his soul mate, Janet, a school teacher in Aztec, and moved to Farmington. He has been at San Juan Title ever since, and became a licensed Title Agent in 1994.

In addition to land title examination, Rob developed a keen interest in the technology that evolved and has become such an integral part of the industry. He has been the network and systems administrator, as well as title operations manager, for over 25 years at the company. He now focuses primarily on commercial transactions.

Rob is also the Technology Admin for the NMLTA, and has helped the Association with their website, communications and online services over the past 25 years. He currently serves on the Membership and Related Industries committees.

Rachell Hansel is a dedicated professional and proud lifelong resident of Farmington, New Mexico. At 43 years old, she has built a career rooted in hard work, adaptability, and commitment. After successfully running a safety business for a decade, she transitioned into the title industry in October 2021, joining San Juan Title as an escrow assistant. Through determination and a strong work ethic, she earned her title license in April 2024 and now serves as a Title Examiner.

While her professional accomplishments are significant, Rachell’s greatest role is that of a mom. Together with her significant other, she has raised eight children, with four still at home, creating a lively and love-filled household. She is also a proud grandmother to two grandsons who have completely captured her heart.

Outside of work, Rachell values time spent with her family above all else, cherishing the moments that matter most and the life she has built around them.
